Wrap Around Care

We offer wrap around childcare from 7:30am until 5:45pm to parents of Kirkstall Valley Primary School.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is led by Mrs Dilucia and Mrs Crank and is available to all children of Kirkstall Valley Primary school, however places are limited. Children can be dropped off from 7:30am (this was previously 7:50) and the cost will be £4 per day. Children will be able to enjoy breakfast and games before being taken through to their classrooms at 8:45am. Places can be booked by contacting the school office. Payments will be made through our Reach More Parents app.

Entry to Breakfast Club will be through the hall door. It is important that parents/carers wait with the children until a member of staff arrives. The school cannot take any responsibility for the children until they are greeted by the staff.

After School Club

After School Club operates from our school and is led by Mrs Hussain and Mrs Tanwir.  At the club, we aim to provide a safe, secure and fun environment with a variety of activities to reflect the interests of the children. The choice of activities includes art, crafts, board games and outdoor play when the weather permits. After School Club runs between 3:15 and 5:45 at a cost of £12.50 per session. To collect your child/children, please come through the front entrance into the reception area and call the number displayed at the office.

Places will need to be booked through the school office. Payments will be made through our Reach More Parents app.

For all wrap around care, you will be charged for each session booked for your child regardless of whether they attend or not as this place cannot be offered to anyone else.

If you no longer require your Breakfast Club and/or After School Club place we ask that you give one week’s notice before the place is cancelled and payments stop.

Places for wrap around care need to be pre-booked - please do NOT just turn up for Breakfast Club or After School Club as we will not be able to accommodate them. If there is an emergency please come and speak with the school office as we will always try to assist where possible.
